Who can use Minologue

You must be at least 13 years old to use Minologue. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, please use the platform with the awareness of a parent or guardian.

What Minologue is (and isn't)

Minologue is a space for anonymous reflection and honest AI conversation. It is not a therapy service, crisis line, or medical product. Sagist is an AI — it does not have feelings, cannot call for help, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional mental health support. See our disclaimer for more.

Your responsibilities

• Don't use Minologue to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Don't use it to generate, store, or share illegal content.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• One account per person. Don't impersonate others.

Content

You own what you write. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content to provide the service. We don't claim ownership over your conversations.

We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

Availability

We do our best to keep Minologue running, but we can't guarantee uptime. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

Minologue is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll note the new date at the top. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
